Palladium Portfolio Company Kymera International Completes Acquisition

Paul, Weiss advised Kymera International, a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, LLC, in its acquisition of AMETEK, Inc.’s Reading Alloys business. Reading Alloys is a leading provider of highly engineered materials for mission-critical applications in the aerospace, defense, medical and industrial markets. Terms of the transaction, which closed on March 20, were not disclosed.
