Onnit to Be Acquired by Unilever

Paul, Weiss is advising Onnit, an Austin-based holistic wellness and lifestyle company, in its sale to Unilever. The company’s founder Aubrey Marcus is a New York Times bestselling author, podcast host and lifelong athlete who created Onnit to address customers’ various nutrition, fitness, mental and emotional wellness needs. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Terms were not disclosed.
