Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Capital in its acquisition of a minority stake in Global Technical Realty L.P. (GTR), a provider of build-to-suit data centers for hyperscale, cloud and AI-driven workloads, alongside existing investor KKR. Under the terms of the transaction, Oak Hill made an approximately $400 million equity commitment alongside KKR’s additional $1.5 billion equity commitment. The investment will support GTR’s substantial development pipeline and marks Oak Hill’s fourth platform investment in the data center space.
