Oak Hill Advisors Closes $1.1 Billion OHA CLO Enhanced Equity Fund III

Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Advisors on the third vintage of its captive collateralized loan obligation equity fund, OHA CLO Enhanced Equity Fund III, with equity commitments totaling $1.1 billion.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Maury Slevin and included, among others, partners Conrad van Loggerenberg, Marco Masotti and Jennifer Songer and counsel Arik Hirschfeld; tax counsel Mashiho Yuasa; and executive compensation counsel Jake Glazeski.
