Nuance to Sell Document Imaging Division to Kofax

Paul, Weiss is representing Nuance Communications, Inc. in the $400 million all-cash sale of its document imaging division to process automation software provider Kofax, Inc. The deal is expected to close by the end of Nuance’s second fiscal quarter. Nuance is the pioneer and leader in AI speech recognition innovations.
