Lyra Client Solutions to Merge With Alchelyst, Forming Private Market Client Services Platform

Paul, Weiss is advising Apollo Global Management in connection with the merger of Lyra Client Solutions and Alchelyst to form a next-generation private markets client services platform. Lyra is a technology-enabled client servicing organization that spun out from Apollo earlier this year, a deal on which Paul, Weiss also advised, and Alchelyst is a leading full-service fund administrator for alternative asset managers. Backed by Apollo and private investment firm Motive Partners, the combined company will provide innovative servicing capabilities, intelligent automation and real-time transparency at scale for general partners. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
