KPS Capital to Sell DexKo to Brookfield Business Partners for $3.4 Billion

Paul, Weiss is advising KPS Capital Partners, LP and its portfolio company DexKo Global Inc. in the sale of DexKo to Brookfield Business Partners L.P. for $3.4 billion. DexKo is the world’s leading supplier of advanced chassis technology, chassis assemblies and related components with more than 130 years of experience in trailer and caravan components.
