Kohlberg Acquires Nelipak Healthcare Packaging

Paul, Weiss represented Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C. in its acquisition of Nelipak Corporation, Inc. from Mason Wells. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Nelipak is the leading provider of custom-designed rigid packaging for the medical devise and pharmaceutical industries.
