Paul, Weiss advised the underwriters, with BMO Capital Markets, Jefferies and J.P. Morgan as bookrunners, on Ivanhoe Electric Inc.’s $169 million initial public offering. Ivanhoe Electric is a U.S.-based minerals exploration and development company. The offering included 14,388,000 common stock shares priced at $11.75 per share. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “IE.”
