Paul, Weiss is advising IBM on the acquisition of NS1, a leading provider of network automation solutions that optimize how businesses deliver content, services and applications to millions of users. The transaction, marks IBM’s second acquisition of 2023. Since April 2020, IBM has acquired more than 30 companies, bolstering its hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence capabilities. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory clearances. Financial terms were not disclosed.
