Paul, Weiss advised International Business Machines Corp. in its all-cash acquisition of Red Hat Inc., creating the world’s largest hybrid cloud provider. Under the terms of the deal, IBM acquired Red Hat for $190.00 per share in cash, representing a total enterprise value of approximately $34 billion. The deal represents IBM’s largest-ever transaction.
