Hunt Real Estate Capital to Be Acquired by ORIX USA

Paul, Weiss is representing Hunt Companies, Inc. in the sale of its commercial real estate finance subsidiary Hunt Real Estate Capital, LLC to ORIX Corporation USA. The acquisition combines the financial strength of ORIX USA and the specialized capital solutions offerings of ORIX Real Estate Capital with Hunt Real Estate Capital’s strong presence in the multifamily industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
