Greenlight Networks to Acquire FastBridge Fiber

Paul, Weiss is advising Greenlight Networks, an Oak Hill Capital portfolio company and a leading fiber-to-the-home internet provider in New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland, on its acquisition of Pennsylvania-based fiber internet provider FastBridge Fiber. The transaction is expected to close in mid-2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial details were not disclosed.

FastBridge is owned by accounts managed by Guggenheim Investments, which will take an ownership stake in Greenlight upon close and work alongside Oak Hill to grow the business.
