General Atlantic to Acquire PANTHERx Rare in Consortium Deal

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic in its acquisition, alongside Nautic Partners and The Vistria Group, of specialty pharmacy PANTHERx Rare from Centene Corporation. Following the close of the transaction, the three consortium participants will hold equal ownership of PANTHERx. The new partnership will focus on accelerating PANTHERx’s continued growth as a premier and trusted pharmacy care delivery model for patients living with rare and orphan diseases.
