General Atlantic Invests in OSEA Malibu

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic in its strategic growth investment in OSEA Malibu, a pioneering seaweed-infused skincare brand. Under the terms of the agreement, founders Jenefer and Melissa Palmer will retain a significant stake and continue to actively lead the brand’s day-to-day operations, mission and strategy. General Atlantic’s investment will allow OSEA to deepen its presence in core markets and bring its innovative products to additional markets worldwide.
