General Atlantic and Invoice Cloud Announce Strategic Partnership

Paul, Weiss is representing General Atlantic in its strategic partnership with Invoice Cloud, Inc. General Atlantic, which will become the majority shareholder, will invest in Invoice Cloud alongside existing shareholder Summit Partners and Invoice Cloud management. Invoice Cloud is a leading provider of vertical software, billing and payments solutions.
