Five Arrows Acquires Majority Stake in Blue Mountain

Paul, Weiss advised Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, in its majority investment in Blue Mountain, a leading provider of enterprise asset management software to the U.S. life sciences manufacturing industry. The investment will support Blue Mountain’s next phase of growth.
