Farelogix to Be Acquired by Accelya

Paul, Weiss is advising Sandler Capital Management and its portfolio company Farelogix, Inc., an airline technology vendor, in the sale of Farelogix to Accelya, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners and a leading Spain-based provider of airline revenue management and logistics technology. Terms of the transaction expected to close this summer subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, were not disclosed.
