euNetworks Secures Growth Capital and Equity Commitment

Paul, Weiss represented euNetworks Group Ltd. in securing an additional €250 million of capital from the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario and a new commitment from a vehicle managed by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners. euNetworks, a market-leading Western European fiber network infrastructure provider, will use the additional capital and equity commitment to fund organic and inorganic development projects. Following the transaction, Stonepeak, an infrastructure-focused private equity firm headquartered in New York, will continue to own a majority stake in euNetworks.
