ECI Partners Closes First Continuation Fund

Paul, Weiss advised ECI Partners, the leading growth-focused mid-market private equity fund, on its first continuation fund for critical IoT connectivity provider CSL. The continuation vehicle was led by existing ECI investors Carlyle AlpInvest, HarbourVest Partners and Pantheon. With the help of ECI’s continuation fund, CSL will continue its expansion strategy, including further delivering on its M&A roadmap to enter new verticals and geographies and acquire new technologies.
