Diversis Capital Fund III Closes at $1.2 Billion

Paul, Weiss advised Diversis Capital Management LP, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm investing in software and tech-enabled services organizations, on the launch of the Diversis Capital Partners III LP fund. The oversubscribed fund closed with $1.2 billion in total commitments, surpassing its $850 million target with strong participation from a diverse global base of new and existing institutional investors.
