Declaration Partners Makes Equity Investment in LMI Consulting

Paul, Weiss advised investment firm Declaration Partners in its fundraising for and equity investment in LMI Consulting, a provider of technology-enabled management consulting, logistics and digital and analytics solutions to the U.S. government, alongside Capitol Meridian Partners and 22C Capital. Under the terms of the agreement, the consortium of investment firms acquired LMI’s for-profit subsidiary, which will retain the LMI name. The remaining entity will be rebranded as nonprofit NobleReach Foundation and be an independent entity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
