Paul, Weiss is advising Secureworks, a global cybersecurity leader, in its $859 million all-cash take-private acquisition by cybersecurity provider Sophos, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo. The transaction is expected to close in early 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The deal will strengthen the combined company’s cybersecurity offering for small, mid and enterprise customers.
