Paul, Weiss advised communications infrastructure company Crown Castle on the sale of its fiber segment to Arium Networks, an EQT Active Core Infrastructure fund company, and Zayo Group Holdings Inc. for a combined value of $8.5 billion. Under an agreement, Arium Networks acquired Crown Castle’s small cells business in a transaction valued at approximately $4.25 billion, and Zayo acquired Crown Castle’s fiber solutions business in a transaction also valued at approximately $4.25 billion.
