Crestview Partners Acquires TenCate Grass

Paul, Weiss advised Crestview Partners in its acquisition of TenCate Grass Holding B.V. from Royal TenCate, owned by a consortium led by Gilde Buy Out Partners. Crestview is investing alongside the existing management team, which will continue to lead the growth of TenCate Grass. Headquartered in Nijverdal, the Netherlands, TenCate Grass is the world’s largest, vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor and installer of artificial turf solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
