CI Capital Partners Acquires WTS International

Paul, Weiss advised CI Capital Partners in its acquisition of a majority stake in WTS International from the company’s management. WTS provides management, consulting and design services to various wellness facilities, including spas, fitness centers and residential lifestyle facilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
