CI Capital Completes Sale of Galls to Charlesbank

Paul, Weiss represented Galls, a leading supplier of public safety equipment and apparel, and CI Capital, in its sale to Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC. Charlesbank's managed funds, together with members of the existing Galls management team, acquired the company from Paul, Weiss client CI Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Galls is North America’s leading distributor of uniforms and equipment to the public safety market. We represented CI Capital in its original acquisition in 2011 and have assisted on 21 add on acquisitions and a variety of financings since then.
