Paul, Weiss advised CDK Global, Inc., a leading automotive retail technology company, in its $8.3 billion all-cash acquisition by Brookfield Business Partners, Brookfield Asset Management’s flagship private equity vehicle. The deal will allow CDK to continue to elevate the dealer and consumer experience when selling, buying or owning a vehicle.
