Cadmus Acquires Ventera

Paul, Weiss advised CI Capital portfolio company Cadmus, a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities and private sector companies, in its acquisition of Ventera, a Virginia-based technology consulting firm. Under the terms of the transaction, Ventera will establish a new Technology Solutions Division within Cadmus to pioneer innovative, technology-driven approaches that enhance Cadmus’ core services and unlock new growth opportunities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Ted Ackerman and included, among others, executive compensation partner Rebecca Coccaro; tax partner Scott Sontag; intellectual property partner Charles Googe; and litigation counsel Audrey Paquet and Benjamin Klein.
