By Light to Acquire Cole Engineering Services

Paul, Weiss is representing By Light Professional IT Services LLC, a portfolio company of our client Sagewind Capital LLC, in its acquisition of Cole Engineering Services, Inc., a developer of dynamic engineering programs, including modeling and simulation-based systems for military missions. The transaction is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of 2019.
