Brighton Park Capital Invests in Paradox Series C

Paul, Weiss advised Brighton Park Capital in its follow-on investment in Paradox, a conversational AI recruiting and HR platform. The investment was part of Paradox’s $200 million Series C funding round led by Stripes, Sapphire and Thoma Bravo. Brighton Park previously led Paradox’s $40 million Series B funding round in 2020.

The $200 million investment values the company at $1.5 billion and will allow Paradox to significantly grow its team in 2022. Serving global clients with hiring needs across high-volume hourly and high-skilled professional roles, Paradox’s conversational assistant Olivia streamlines tasks like screening, interview scheduling and more through fast, easy, mobile-first interactions.
