Berkshire Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Harvey Performance Company

Paul, Weiss is advising Berkshire Partners in its acquisition of a majority stake in Harvey Performance Company from Summit Partners. Harvey is a leading designer and manufacturer of specialized cutting tools for precision machining applications. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
