Paul, Weiss is advising Amazon in its all-cash acquisition of iRobot, a producer of innovative cleaning products for the home, including the Roomba robot vacuum. Under the terms of the transaction, Amazon will acquire iRobot for $61 per share. The deal is valued at $1.7 billion, including net debt.
