Real estate partners Mitchell Berg and Peter Fisch’s latest transactional real estate column, “Structuring Programmatic Real Estate Joint Ventures,” was published in the May 9 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors discuss “programmatic” or “platform” joint ventures, which are a means of structuring a series of commercial real estate investments between sponsors and capital partners.
