Real estate partners Mitchell Berg and Peter Fisch’s latest transactional real estate column, “Crystallization of Carried Interest in Joint Ventures,” appeared in the August 14 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors discuss the use of “crystallized promotes” in real estate joint ventures, particularly where the business plan contemplates a long-term hold.
