Second Circuit Review: Our 400th Column

Litigation partner Martin Flumenbaum and firm chairman Brad Karp’s latest Second Circuit Review column, “Our 400th Column,” appeared in the February 27 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors reflect upon changes in the Second Circuit since their first column was published in 1985. They focus on the changing composition of the court’s membership, shifts in the court’s caseload, revisions to the Local Rules, and decisions and developments in the case law.
