Paul, Weiss’s work advising on the antitrust aspects of Monsanto’s pending $66 billion acquisition by Bayer has been recognized by The Deal as a “Deal of the Year” at its inaugural European awards. The Deal’s European awards celebrate the top dealmakers in Europe for their exemplary work on various M&A transactions. Winners were honored at a breakfast on November 1 at the Aqua Shard in London.
