Scott Barshay, Chelsea Darnell and Carmen Lu Win Burton Legal Writing Award

The Burton Awards recognized corporate partners Scott Barshay, Chelsea Darnell and Carmen Lu as 2026 “Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award” winners for their article “Navigating the 2025 Proxy Season: Six Key Developments to Watch,” published by the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance. The annual award recognizes authors from the largest U.S. law firms for their excellence in legal writing over the past year.

The Burton Awards are held in association with the Library of Congress, presented by lead sponsor Law360 and co-sponsored by the American Bar Association. Winners were honored at an awards ceremony in Washington on June 1.
