Litigation partner Randy Luskey was recognized as a 2022 “Top Health Care Lawyer” by the Daily Journal, which annually highlights the California-based attorneys leading in the most noteworthy health care matters ranging from litigation to transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling. The Daily Journal noted Randy’s work defending pharmaceutical company Gilead Sciences against whistleblower allegations that it paid kickbacks under the guise of speaker fees; representing UCLA in investigations and litigation alleging that some of its doctors sexually assaulted patients; and representing UC schools and programs in investigations by federal agencies into whether faculty and researchers failed to disclose their ties to China when seeking grants.
