Paul, Weiss was recognized in two categories at the 2023 LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards. The firm’s role representing Merck in its all-cash acquisition of Prometheus Biosciences, Inc., received the “Impact Deal of the Year” award, and corporate partner Laura Turano was named a “U.S. Rising Star – Financial & Corporate.”
The annual LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards recognize the best practitioners and teams in life sciences across the United States, Canada and Brazil. Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in New York City on September 7.
