Paul, Weiss was recognized by the International Financial Law Review’s IFLR Americas Awards 2022 in three categories. Paul, Weiss was honored as the “M&A Team of the Year”; our work advising sponsors in the Hertz Global restructuring was recognized as the “Restructuring Deal of the Year”; and corporate associate Andrew Krause was named an international law firm “Rising Star of the Year.”
The annual awards recognize legal innovation in cross-border transactions that closed during the past year. Winners were announced at an awards ceremony on May 19 in New York City.
