Andrew D. Krause is a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures and other significant transactions for a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. Andrew’s practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance and activist defense matters.

Andrew was recognized as a 2023 “Rising Star” in M&A by Law360 and a 2022 “Rising Star of the Year” by the International Financial Law Review.
