Global Competition Review recognized Paul, Weiss in the “Litigation of the Year: Cartel Defense” category of its annual GCR Awards, which recognize the cases, law firms, lawyers and enforcers who excelled in the competition and antitrust space over the past year. The firm was recognized for its representation of Deutsche Bank in the Ninth Circuit’s affirmance of the dismissal of a lawsuit alleging that several major banks conspired to fix the London Interbank Interest Rate (LIBOR), led by litigation partners Jessica Carey and Meredith Dearborn. Winners were recognized at a ceremony on April 1.
