Benchmark Litigation awarded Paul, Weiss top honors across several categories in its 2024 U.S. Awards. Firm Chairman Brad Karp received the “Hall of Fame” award; the firm was recognized as a “Firm of the Year” in the Securities and White Collar Crime/Investigations practice areas; and two matter achievements were recognized as “Impact cases”: our win on behalf of Goldman Sachs in a Second Circuit appeal reversing certification in a long-running, high-stakes securities class action, and the successful defense, on appeal, of a landmark settlement brought by U.S. merchants that accept payment cards, on behalf of the entire co-defendant group, including our client Mastercard. The awards recognize the country's most distinguished litigators and their firms for their exemplary work over the past year.
Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in New York City on March 13.
