Three Paul, Weiss-led M&A transactions—GE’s $30 billion combination of GECAS with AerCap, Univision Holdings’ merger with Grupo Televisa, and the PRA Health Sciences’ $12 billion acquisition by ICON—are also shortlisted in the “M&A Deal of the Year” category. The annual awards recognize legal innovation in cross-border transactions that closed during the past year. Winners will be announced on May 19.
