Paul, Weiss was shortlisted in the category of “Equity Market Deal of the Year” by the Asian Legal Business China Regional Law Awards (East China) for its representation of an international private equity investor in Hong Kong Asia Medical Group's crossover financing in the aggregate amount of $400 million.
The ALB Law Awards is one of the largest, most competitive and longest running legal awards programs in Asia. Winners will be announced at an award ceremony in Shanghai on August 19.
