Asian Legal Business (ALB) named Paul, Weiss a finalist in five categories in its Hong Kong Law Awards 2025. The firm is a finalist for “Deal Firm of the Year” and “M&A Deal of the Year,” for advising SSW Partners as the co-leader of a consortium in the privatization of ESR Group Limited, led by corporate partners Judie Ng Shortell and Bosco Yiu. Judie Ng Shortell is a finalist for “Managing Partner of the Year” and “Woman Lawyer of the Year (Law Firm),” and Bosco Yiu is a finalist for “Dealmaker of the Year.”
The annual awards highlight the outstanding performance of law firms, teams and practitioners who have contributed to the legal landscape in the Greater China region. Final winners will be announced at a ceremony in Hong Kong on September 12.
