The National Law Journal honored Paul, Weiss twice as a “Legal Technology Trailblazer,” both for the firm’s collaborative M&A transaction hub DealSite, and for the firm’s E-Discovery Analytics and Review Technologies Team (eDART). The publication highlighted DealSite’s ability to facilitate workflow and capture market intelligence, deal terms and key documents. It also recognized eDART’s expertise and many innovations in helping litigators more strategically and effectively analyze, search and review massive or unusual data and document collections.
