The Financial Times named Paul, Weiss the winner in the “Innovative Lawyers in Healthcare & Life Sciences” category as part of its 2024 Innovative Lawyers North America awards, which annually recognize the most innovative lawyers and law firms leading the legal profession in North America. The firm was recognized for advising on Inhibrx’s sale of assets to Sanofi and related spinoff in a deal valued at $2.2 billion, led by corporate partners Benjamin Goodchild and Krishna Veeraraghavan. Winners were honored at a ceremony on December 9.
