The Legal Aid Society honored Paul, Weiss at its annual Pro Bono Publico Awards. The group highlighted the firm’s contributions as co-counsel with the Legal Aid Society to the Coalition for the Homeless in the successful effort to protect the right to shelter in New York City, and in planned litigation to expand access to rental assistance to help prevent homelessness. The annual awards recognize individual attorneys and law firms for their outstanding and sustained achievements in pro bono services.
The Paul, Weiss honorees include litigation partner Michele Hirshman and associates Alexandra Bornstein, Megan Gao, Scott Kennedy, Nylah Mustafa and Megan Eloise Vincent.
